 In this modern world everyone knows consuming oils is bad for health they cause many problems like cholesterol, heart block etc., but what if i told you consuming oils/fats is very good for you, surprised actually everything depends on the right oils/fats which is Bull driven oils not the industrial refined oils.  As we all know Life is because of water , even our body is made up of more than 70% water but still I feel this is most ignored entity in whole system of healthy and good life. what is the last time you remember you focused on water for good health ? rarely right?  oh wait many would argue we have RO filters we need not worry or many might go with plastic mineral water. I am sorry to say no RO nor mineral water would give you any health it might rob you from good health for sure. Problems with RO is that it removes almost all the dissolved minerals and nutrient from water which are needed by our body , RO water has very low TDS (ideally should be 100-200), also RO water does not clear virus and bacteria. Siridhanya - Foxtail millet

Foxtail / Italian millet / Kakum(hindi)/Navane(kannada) is one of the five positive millets in Dr. Khadar Siridhanya. Foxtail millet is in slight yellowish in colour and according to khadar sir its beneficial for respiratory system and nervous system of human body.  Below is the nutrient details of foxtail millet , always consider unpolished millets as they posses highest benefits due to lignan present on it  Always remember soaking is a must for any millets at least 6-8 hrs in structured water. Journey and Achievements

 As we know I started following Dr khadar videos and his lifestyle to get some help with my disease as i wanted to cure it not manage it as in case of modern medicine. The lifestyle for my disease was very simple I just had to stop wheat and rice (Yes you read it right) and adopt to his miracle grains which he coined it as SIRIDHANYA , this Siridhanya include five positive millets namely Foxtail, Kodo, Barnyard, Browntop and Little millets. So as Dr khadar advised I changed my lifestyle and started consuming millets as food and stopped wheat and rice completely , I used to have millet rice , millet roti and Ambali ( fermented porridge). Anyone starting millets should start with ambali which is the most beneficial part of this lifestyle. we will learn about ambali and all others siridhanya later in this blog. After following the lifestyle for 2 months I got my HbA1c tested and behold it had dropped drastically from 13.7 to 7.6 in just two months also my urine ketones were nil , not only

Searching for solutions

Happy Independence day to all my fellow Indians , lets continue with my journey  Once I knew I had very high HbA1c , I had sleepless nights in search of what to be done next how to deal such a problem in life?  I had visited few doctors who insteaded to take insulin shots asap to save myself from complication with high blood sugars but me being hesitant to start any medication tried to search solutions on youtube ( even though i don't recommend anyone to search solutions online) I was confident that I can reverse this condition. one day while searching I stumbled upon Dr. B M hegde videos and was engrossed in his speeches on how medical system work (they follow reduction system) which can never cure many disease but can only manage it, In one of his videos he mentioned about a doctor who has reversed disease for many patients by making them follow his lifestyle, the doctor name was Dr. Khadar Vali from Mysore.  Link to that video(It's hindi dub)   Dr Khadar/ Dr BM Hegde  once
