Siridhanya - Foxtail millet

Foxtail / Italian millet / Kakum(hindi)/Navane(kannada) is one of the five positive millets in Dr. Khadar Siridhanya. Foxtail millet is in slight yellowish in colour and according to khadar sir its beneficial for respiratory system and nervous system of human body.  Below is the nutrient details of foxtail millet , always consider unpolished millets as they posses highest benefits due to lignan present on it  Always remember soaking is a must for any millets at least 6-8 hrs in structured water.
