Siridhanya - Barnyard Millet

 Barnyard millet also know as Japanese millet and Sanwa in Hindi, Oodhalu in Kannada 

This millet is white in colour and is helpful is cleaning all the soft parts of the body like Thyroid, Liver, pancreas and kidneys. They are good source of fiber and Vitamins
