Searching for solutions
Happy Independence day to all my fellow Indians , lets continue with my journey Once I knew I had very high HbA1c , I had sleepless nights in search of what to be done next how to deal such a problem in life? I had visited few doctors who insteaded to take insulin shots asap to save myself from complication with high blood sugars but me being hesitant to start any medication tried to search solutions on youtube ( even though i don't recommend anyone to search solutions online) I was confident that I can reverse this condition. one day while searching I stumbled upon Dr. B M hegde videos and was engrossed in his speeches on how medical system work (they follow reduction system) which can never cure many disease but can only manage it, In one of his videos he mentioned about a doctor who has reversed disease for many patients by making them follow his lifestyle, the doctor name was Dr. Khadar Vali from Mysore.
