Oils for Good health

 In this modern world everyone knows consuming oils is bad for health they cause many problems like cholesterol, heart block etc., but what if i told you consuming oils/fats is very good for you, surprised actually everything depends on the right oils/fats which is Bull driven oils not the industrial refined oils.

According to Dr. Khadar sir fats are an important macro nutrient needed for efficient functioning of our body many of our soft body parts are made up of fats like liver, pancreas, brain etc., hence consuming the right oils (Bull driven) and desi ghee (made from A2 milk) are very good for the body. 



In India mainly we can get Sesame, groundnut, coconut, mustard, niger and safflower oils , these oils if sourced from a local bull driven facility and consumed in moderation can give good health benefits like sesame seed oils are good for skin and bones, niger seed oils are good for brain and nervous system and so on.
