Journey and Achievements

 As we know I started following Dr khadar videos and his lifestyle to get some help with my disease as i wanted to cure it not manage it as in case of modern medicine.

The lifestyle for my disease was very simple I just had to stop wheat and rice (Yes you read it right) and adopt to his miracle grains which he coined it as SIRIDHANYA , this Siridhanya include five positive millets namely Foxtail, Kodo, Barnyard, Browntop and Little millets.



So as Dr khadar advised I changed my lifestyle and started consuming millets as food and stopped wheat and rice completely , I used to have millet rice , millet roti and Ambali ( fermented porridge). Anyone starting millets should start with ambali which is the most beneficial part of this lifestyle. we will learn about ambali and all others siridhanya later in this blog.

After following the lifestyle for 2 months I got my HbA1c tested and behold it had dropped drastically from 13.7 to 7.6 in just two months also my urine ketones were nil , not only the reports were good but many of my symptoms like excessive thirst , excessive urine and lethargy everything got better, I felt better!.

I continued with the lifestyle happily as i was seeing some results and after 3 months more i tested again and to my surprise my HbA1c was now 5.5 ( complete control , non-diabetic range) but leave the reports aside i was feeling wonderful full of energy. I regularly check my HbA1c every two months and its always around 5.5-5.8 . Hence i can say i reversed my Disease. Yes People diabetes is reversible/curable all thanks to Dr Khadar and his lifestyle 



So this was all about my disease reversal, next i will continue with the protocol in his lifestyle, What are all the different Siridhanya? and also share some exciting recipes
