As we all know Life is because of water , even our body is made up of more than 70% water but still I feel this is most ignored entity in whole system of healthy and good life. what is the last time you remember you focused on water for good health ? rarely right? oh wait many would argue we have RO filters we need not worry or many might go with plastic mineral water. I am sorry to say no RO nor mineral water would give you any health it might rob you from good health for sure.
